H4L | line architects

The house is located in very constrained conditions, in block with chaotic development around without a view. That's why the main task in the design was to create a house isolated from the surroundings.
The architecture of the house is a conjunction of three volumes of different heights which combine the simplicity of straight lines.
The main facade is restrained and minimalistic with a clear linear rhythm, with a minimum amount of glazing, deliberately hiding life from external environment.
The sophisticated interior is hidden behind the thoughtful simplicity of the facade, filled with carefully selected pieces of furniture.
Each functional area is located at its own level, due to vertical displacement of floors. That creates an interior architecture with different room heights in each separate area. All areas of the house are illuminated by daylight, which changes the atmosphere of the white interior throughout the day.
Simple and uncluttered home, whose philosophy is subordinated to the principle of "nothing superfluous", "pure essence" that was designed to become a refuge in the midst of surrounding chaos.
This is a space for privacy and relaxation from the daily bustle.
