EN - Warm light and clear structures
“Pims” – the name is borderline – one once understood the term “grind on pumice” in prison jargon “serving water and bread”. But later the pumice developed further and became a sandwich.
Today Pims stands for authentic burger enjoyment in Bolzano. Quality and freshness come first and all products are carefully selected. Hearty burgers made from South Tyrolean quality meat in many exciting variations make every meat lover’s heart beat faster.
The lightness of the furnishings creates an optically relaxed atmosphere: wood combined with steel and warm light, clear, clean structures mixed with great attention to detail. The large sun terrace in summer and the contemporary ambience in shades of gray and oak contribute to the feel-good character. The clear structures are underlined by the SIT chair. The square table CENA can be arranged in rows or together. The SIT BAR bar chair is located at the bar and at the CENA HIGH high table.

DE - Warmes Licht und klare Strukturen
„Pims“ verstand man einst als Ausdruck „am Bims schleifen“ im Gefängnisjargon „bei Wasser und Brot absitzen“. Doch später entwickelte sich der Bims weiter und wurde zum belegten Brot.
Heute steht Pims für den authentischen Burgergenuss in Bozen. Qualität und Frische stehen dabei an erster Stelle und alle Produkte werden sorgfältig ausgewählt.
Durch die Leichtigkeit der Einrichtung ergibt sich eine optisch entspannte Atmosphäre: Holz kombiniert mit Stahl und warmem Licht, klare Strukturen gemischt mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die große Sonnenterrasse im Sommer und das zeitgemäße Ambiente in Grautönen und Eiche tragen ihrerseits zur Wohlfühlcharakter bei.
Die klaren Strukturen werden vom Stuhl SIT unterstrichen. Der quadratische Tisch CENA kann in Reihe oder zusammengestellt werden. Der Barstuhl SIT BAR steht an der Bar und am Hochtisch CENA HIGH.
