The museum has been developed in the spirit of modern architecture, on the water surface, allowing the form of unique and attractive place which would bring visitors by its beauty. The project is created in order to symbolically present the way how immigrants came as well as their desire to achieve the American dream. Immigrants’ stories have inspired us to model the whole site in a sense of different soul’s fractals, and still integrated, producing the accomplishment of the American dream. The wish is represented through a ship in a harbor of peace, which, with its dynamic form in a game of light and fog, evoking visitors feeling of uncertainty, fear of unknown, mysterious, strong, pure...All the emotions that led immigrants along the journey.
