We are inspired by the simplicity of the shapes, complemented by a water tank, which extends the space of the house.
This house was designed for a plot in Comporta. It has an area of 280 square meters, with a large living room, with an open space kitchen and 3 bedrooms.
The aim is to provide a feeling of spaciousness in any room of the house, from the entrance to the living room and kitchen work in a single set, with the stairway involving the entire space.
The roof is sloped, with rainwater collection, to feed the water mirror that surrounds the entire rear elevation.
The swimming pool is heated by geothermics, in order to have an energetic use.
The skylight glass has an automatic cleaning system, as well as that of the pool using the clearglass system.
Used as Dinesen wood materials, Porcelanosa toilets.
The furniture was designed by our team, in order to be a unique space, in this modern house design, and inserted in nature.
