Ocelle, Botique Hotel 4*S

[ENG] - Hotel Ocelle, located in the beating heart of Lake Garda, in Sirmione: a charming village and a reference point for an exclusive holiday.

The result of a new construction completed in 2018, Hotel Ocelle opens its doors to offering guests unique accommodation and services, suitable for every need.

The property has 46 rooms divided into eight types, from standard rooms to suites with lake views that offer breathtaking views.

Guests are welcomed in modern style environments and can take advantage of personalized services, while for those who love relaxation, they offer ad hoc treatments in the enchanting wellness center.

Technologies Installed
Microdevice was chosen for the elasticity of the H-Supervisor system and the robustness of its components.
Within the structure, Microdevice manages a wide range of BMS functions, including:

-the complete regulation of the temperatures, through the thermostat panel and probes, in rooms and common areas;

–access management with the use of a reader that identifies and discriminates the cards both in the rooms and in the common areas such as the parking lot, garage, lifts, changing rooms, etc …;

-the complete management of the luminous scenography, through panels equipped with PIR, sensor that detects the movements autonomously and allows a consequent energy saving;

– 360 ° control of thermal power plants (sanitary water and air conditioning);

–real-time recording and reporting of alarms in the facility.

The chosen line was Your Light, obtained from tempered glass and characterized by a minimal but impressive design.

In this case, the structure has opted for the installation of custom Your Light Black panels to access the room with the room number and the hotel logo.

As for thermostats, room control panels (lights, curtains, etc …) and panels that regulate the common areas, the Your Light White finish was chosen.

At the request of the owner, we have introduced the PIR in all the tempered glass panels installed inside the rooms, a sensor that independently detects movements and allows energy savings.

The line has a bright blue backlight that activates on approach and makes the atmosphere pleasant even in the dark.

The materials in which it is made allow a rapid and rapid sanitization that fully responds to the provisions on the containment and management of the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency.

Frutto di una nuova costruzione ultimata nel 2018, Hotel Ocelle apre le porte ai suoi ospiti offrendo alloggi e servizi unici, adatti a ogni esigenza.

La struttura dispone di 46 camere suddivise in otto tipologie, dalle camere standard, alle suite vista lago che offrono un panorama mozzafiato.

Gli ospiti vengono accolti in ambienti dallo stile moderno e possono usufruire di servizi personalizzati, mentre per chi ama il relax mette a disposizione dei trattamenti ad hoc nell’incantevole centro benessere.

Tecnologia Microdevice
Microdevice è stata scelta per l’elasticità del sistema H-Supervisor e la robustezza dei suoi componenti.
All’interno della struttura, Microdevice gestisce un’ampia offerta di funzioni BMS, fra le quali:

– la completa regolazione delle temperature, tramite pannello termostato e sonde, in camere e aree comuni;

– la gestione degli accessi con l’utilizzo di un lettore che identifica e discrimina le card sia nelle camere che nelle aree comuni come il parcheggio, garage, ascensori, spogliatoi, ecc…;

– la completa gestione delle scenografie luminose, tramite pannelli dotati di PIR, sensore che rileva autonomamente i movimenti e che permette un conseguente risparmio energetico;

– il controllo a 360° delle centrali termiche (acqua sanitaria e condizionamento);

– la registrazione e segnalazione in tempo reale degli allarmi nella struttura.

La linea scelta è stata Your Light, ricavata dal vetro temprato è caratterizzata da un design minimal ma di grande effetto.

In questo caso la struttura ha optato per l’installazione di pannelli Your Light Black personalizzati per l’accesso alla stanza con numero di camera e logo dell’hotel.

Per quanto riguarda termostati, pannelli comandi di camera (luci, tende, ecc…) e pannelli che regolano le aree comuni è stata scelta la finitura Your Light White.

Su richiesta della proprietà abbiamo introdotto in tutti i pannelli di vetro temprato installati all’interno delle camere il Pir, un sensore che autonomamente rileva i movimenti e che consente un risparmio energetico.

La linea è dotata di una brillante retroilluminazione blu che si attiva all’avvicinamento e rende piacevole l’atmosfera anche al buio.

I materiali in cui viene realizzata permettono una sanificazione rapida e veloce che risponde pienamente alle disposizioni in materia di contenimento e gestione dell’emergenza epidemiologica Covid-19.
