Casa San Lorenzo Monteleone d'Orvieto

Casa San Lorenzo was the fullfilment of a long time dream of our German-American clients. They felt in love with this old abandoned property in the small hamlet of San Lorenzo just outside Monteleone d'Orvieto. Here we have chosen for a natural style with a lot of old wood which we brought back to live specially for this small house. Have a look at the old door which became a wardrobe in one of the bedrooms. We love it! We made the house a cozy place and it was exactly what the owners had in mind. They are extremely happy with the results and feel really at home now here.  

Very special is the little courtyard, which was once one of the downstairs rooms and now became a little walled terrace garden which leads to a very old 'Grotta' where the owners now have their collection of wines and cheeses which they sell in their shop in Boston, US.
