CASA DA MATA.

A Casa da Mata está localizada em um condomínio residencial na cidade de Goiânia, em Goiás. A implantação se deu sobre um terreno triangular, no qual a aresta maior é paralela a uma mata nativa. Desta forma, para privilegiar a vista e integrar casa e natureza, o projeto se desenvolveu em forma de um "L", permitindo que todos os ambientes pudessem abrir para o pátio interno, piscina e mata. 

Inserida no ponto mais alto do lote, o edifício considera o terreno natural, e uma pequena movimentação de terra foi feita para que os ambientes ficassem nivelados acima da praça da piscina.

O partido arquitetônico visa prolongar as linhas horizontais, de modo que de todos os ângulos seja possível uma ampliação visual da construção. A fachada principal, mescla o concreto com brises verticais permitindo privacidade das salas. Uma caixa de concreto se estende em balanço. Esta caixa ainda exibe um rasgo no teto, aproximando arquitetura e natureza.  A planta em "L" também permitiu uma setorização perfeita entre os espaços sociais, de serviço, íntimo e lazer, todos estes permeados por jardim e aberturas para ventilação e iluminação natural. 

Para ampliar o espaço voltado ao paisagismo, criou-se um jardim sobre a laje. Desta praça a visão do entorno é ampliada, além de se tornar um local aprazível para noites de lua cheia e fins de tarde.

Casa da Mata is located in a residential condominium in the city of Goiânia, in Goiás. The implantation took place on a triangular land, in which the largest edge is parallel to a native forest. In this way, to privilege the view and integrate home and nature, the project was developed in the shape of an "L", allowing all environments to open onto the internal patio, pool and woods.

Inserted in the highest point of the lot, the building considers the natural terrain, and a small earth movement was made so that the environments were leveled above the pool square.

The architectural part aims to extend the horizontal lines, so that from all angles a visual expansion of the building is possible. The main façade mixes concrete with vertical breezes allowing privacy of the rooms. A concrete box extends in a swing. This box still shows a tear in the ceiling, bringing architecture and nature closer. The "L" shape also allowed a perfect sectorization between the social, service, intimate and leisure spaces, all of them permeated by a garden and openings for ventilation and natural lighting.

To expand the space dedicated to landscaping, a garden was created on the slab. From this square the view of the surroundings is enlarged, in addition to becoming a pleasant place for nights with a full moon and late afternoon.
