The house is 205 msq consisting of 3-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a study and double-garage.
The house is organised into two two forms; the double-storey barn-form on the road accommodates the bedrooms, with the Northern barn-form accommodating open-plan living areas, which flow onto a shaded entertainment deck.
The house and deck are protected from the South Easter and have great views of the mountain ranges to the North.
