Office Lobby of Zhongxi Times Building, Dongguan | H DESIGN

Zhongxi Times Building is located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area——Dongguan Nancheng Headquarters Base, adjacent to the CBD International Airport, with convenient transportation, complete supporting facilities, and integrating various urban resources. As a pure Grade A office building, it has a very modern and simple design style aesthetics, which provides a new definition for business office.

The 16-meter-high office lobby forms a huge L-shaped space. Two sidelines extend to two entrances. Four large columns stand side by side. The large height design makes the entire space more malleable. Under the shining, it is even more open, giving people a sense of strength.

Folded wall is like a towering screen. The static vertical line interprets the orderly beauty of the space. The soft light is transmitted from the inside, reflecting the warmth and the texture of the marble, like a picture scroll.

The mix and match of different tones and textures of stone and metal, highlights the modern and refined style of the entire office lobby. The designer adjusted the contour of the wall stone to give the space a three-dimensional and light texture.

The reception desk of geometric blocks and the embedding of the water bar area enrich the visual effect of the space. The line elements that are rich in rhythm and beauty also add a natural and flexible atmosphere to the interior, and the multiple arrangements and combinations are converted into infinite possibilities of space.

The setting of rest areas on both sides of the lobby enriches the functional experience here and extends the clear and concise vision. When the light at different times of the day falls to the ground through the glass wall, the masculinity of the building is intertwined with the softness of the interior.

The folding combination of different lines and textures in the space conveys the looming perceptual context. The design is freehand with lines, and the agility of the line and surface makes the interpretation of the space beauty more balanced. As far as the eye can see, the natural flow of orderly beauty comes into being.
