The Ayla Golf Residences comprise 50 (4 to 5 storey) buildings on a 90,000 sqm site with idyllic views towards an environmentally sustainable 18-hole signature golf course, the Red sea and the glorious mountains of the Gulf of Aqaba.

The development creates a balance between density and open space, offering a variety of building types with highly efficient space planning to increase affordability and allow the integration of a wider demographic into the Ayla community.

The Architecturally unique buildings are arranged around gardens, swimming pools and amenities in a series of sweeping crescents to maximise views from all apartments. Each green pocket has different characteristics and is flanked by a cluster of buildings arranged in a traditional Arabic medina typology, creating environmentally sheltered public courtyards, creating distinct neighbourhoods and heightening the sense of discovery for its visitors.

The Avenue apartments are at the gateway of Ayla, forming its public front and interface to the city, portraying Ayla’s unique vision onto the forward-looking city whilst maintaining sensitivity to its context.

A central mixed-use complex with panoramic views boasts an open air covered souk lined with shops, cafes and restaurants at its base, with office and residential buildings on top.
