Pizzeria Diez | Rispoli Guerrera

The project consist of the refurbishment of a well-known restaurant into a new pizzeria located in the Piazza Duomo, of the historical center of Termoli. Our main purpose was to preserve and enhance the original vaults and the ice-house located on the basement. All pieces of furniture and partitions are made according to our sketches, made of iron and of different types of marble and granite. Each material, distinguished by its color, emphasizes the furnishings: white Carrara marble has been used to create the tables; green Guatemala marble to create vertical partitions to hide the entrance to the bathroom and kitchen; acquarius granite was used for the counters. Due to the small size of the space, a long strip of light, together with a long iron bottle holder, expand the perspective of space. The blue linoleum floor stands as one of the many views of the Piazza Duomo, through which it is possible to glimpse the sea.
