For-Orestis is a small property in the historic centre of Rethymno, near the sea, recovered from ruin and designed specifically for the young owner.

The service element staircase became the fulcrum of the entire project, around which the functions of the house revolve.

An eclectic environment, with bright colours, characterized by a mix of different materials, elegantly combined: marble, mirrors and upholstery combined with metal, wood, concrete and stone.

The building, recovered from a ruin, has been renovated with the construction techniques of the place, re-proposing the alternation of solids and voids of the ancient facade before the collapse.

In just 47 sqm of internal surface and 27 sqm outside, a living room - kitchen, a double bedroom, connected to a small terrace and a balcony, two bathrooms and one storage have been obtained at alternating levels.

To end with the roof terrace - garden, which allows guests to enjoy the view of the city and the sea.
