This is a hotel restaurants design project in Yamanashi Japan.
Himematsu Architecture totally engage in interior design for restaurant space.

We designed a restaurant by using large amount of wood to create calm eating space with feeling Japanese.
Guests enjoy Japanese food sitting in chairs on Tatami floor which is normally used for people sitting on floor directly.
It allows guests from overseas to feel tatami space without stress.

Walls are plastered white to contribute Japanese atmosphere.

342 square meter large space is able to be divided 4 rooms by movable wall to adapt guests group sizes.
Stage is available for the big guest group to have bingo, karaoke & games.
