' Mont Blanc Building ' is a new exclusive residential complex, recently build in Saint Petersburg.

This modern skyscraper slides out in the heart of the historic centre of the imperial town, and overlooks on the prestigious historic buildings such as the Fortress of St. Peter and Paul and the Museum of the Hermitage. In the heart of the renowned "Venice of the north", located on the bank side, it stands out along one of most magnificent angle of the Neva. It offers its users one of the best spectacular city views.

Steel and glass facades with their large windows offer a magnificent view overlooking the banks of the Neva River, including the landscape on the surrounded islands, till the sea to the mouth of the river.

Stefania Brugnaletti has been invited upon to draw up projects for the interior design of apartments, and she started to plan the project collaborating with the locals teams of architects and engineers. Colleagues based out in Saint Petersburg transformed her conceptual ideas in technical draws.

Involved to redesign the new internal space, she oriented the decoration towards a mix of Italian and French style.

The apartment had been carried just with the parietal concrete structure, and a partial wall had divided the closed balcony (a small veranda). Aiming to redefine an open internal distribution, the entrance and hallway spaces have been reduced to a minimum. The closed balcony has been included into the internal space, fact that contributed to increase the useful surface.

The modern decor retains traditional features with a touch of the glamour of the French Charme-Decò Style, currently in use in various cities of Northern Europe. Traditional and natural materials such as oak parquet, marbles as Black Marquise and imperial-Gold, harmoniously are in dialogue with some of modern furnishings on steel. Also, a selection of more famous Italian Design Brands is present in this charming apartment.

Acting as an 'artistic architect' she donates to the internal architecture a mix of French-Italian glamour, that allowed her to create this charming atmosphere.

Her colleagues, architects based in Saint Petersburg, were charged both for the technical executive plans as well, on site, to overseen men at works.

2014. After some years she was again involved with a project for the ampliament, connecting at the main apartment another adjacent apartment. The need was to create two other bedrooms, served with their private closets and bathrooms. In addition, in the Veranda, was created a wellness area, provided with sauna, cabin shower and relax room.
