Conversion of a 1970s villa into modern loft living
Refurbishment of an existing residential building to a modern, reduced design concept with a central living room.
In order to create a clear, open and loft-like room quality, the fixtures were implemented in black steel uniformly, all other surfaces were kept plain white.
Result: Through intensive exchange with the builders, the inner appearance of the villa is completely transformed into a harmonious, modern living space.
