The proposed design addresses the needs of fast mountability and de- mountability, standardization, flexible conjunction system, minimum capacity when transported or stored and scheme flexibility depending each time on the adaptability to different types of exhibition mechanisms. Material selection criteria were load durability and weather conditions, time and probably often transports of the structure. It is estimated that the total of the dismantled structure can be stored in a typical container (dimensions: 2,60x2,60x6,00m).
Tensile membranes are hanged on top of the scaffolding and above the furred ceiling. The membrane has the simplest shape used in this type of structure (square), which offers speedy attachment with minimum mechanical aid. The small size and the already attached elements (for its attachment to all the necessary points on the load bearing structure) also facilitates membrane placement. Such membranes do not require a water system due to their curved shape, though including such a system on a semi-open transportable exhibition space is not conventional. The material that these membranes are made of is waterproof and their strong curves in addition to water also prevent any wind entrapment.
