The project is the first replica of the successful typology used in the Rote Häuser, adapted to the different contest and heights requirements. With an overall of 20 housing units, the 3-storey building develops through the repetition of the same housing unit type and three penthouses surrounded by rooftop terraces define its roof shape. Following the principles of the Rote Häuser model, the concepts of modularity, prefabrication and efficient assembly are applied in this project as well.
Il progetto costituisce la prima replica della tipologia abitativa di successo già utilizzata nel progetto Rote Häuser, adattata alle diverse esigenze di concorso e vincoli. Con un totale di 20 unità abitative, l'edificio di 3 piani si sviluppa attraverso la ripetizione dello stesso tipo di unità abitativa e tre bellissimi attici circondati da terrazze che ne definiscono la forma. Seguendo i principi del modello Rote Häuser, anche in questo progetto vengono applicati i concetti di modularità, prefabbricazione e assemblaggio efficiente.
