Apartment at the One Thousand Museum

ENG - A new, exclusive context houses the refined Meridiani collections in the United States: the Italian brand has furnished a large apartment at the prestigious 'One Thousand Museum', the project signed by the worldfamous architect Zaha Hadid, and recently completed by Studio Zaha Hadid Architects.

A true masterpiece of vertical concrete architecture, 'One Thousand Museum' is a residential project with a museum-like allure. Located in downtown Miami at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard, the building develops on 62 floors offering 83 residential units and an extremely high level of services, among others the roof-top heliport and a double height aquatic center with infinity pool. The interior design bears a prestigious signature, that of Hernan Arriaga, a protagonist on the international scene with projects worldwide from the United States to the Middle East and Europe.

Meridiani has furnished the residence on the 38th floor, a spectacular apartment of about 4.500 square feet, where the brand collections are both indoor as well as on the spacious terraces; the neat lines and warm textures of the Meridiani collections perfectly harmonize with the curved architectural shape of the building.

In the living area, the HAROLD sofa is displayed in a large modular set, next to the BONGO and RALF low tables and the precious LUDWIG storage element with hexagonal shape. In the dining room the protagonist is the PLINTO dining table - one of the most iconic collections -, featured by a base in which a light metal structure together with a plinth support tops of various sizes; in this version with a large round top, the most refined Calacatta Gold marble combines with black metal. Around the table are the Kita chairs, with their slightly curved backrest and the comfortable, ample seat.

In the family room, the TIMOTHY modular sofa: its squared, geometrical shapes match perfectly the soft volumes of the cushions, defining perfect proportions.

For the sleeping area, the TUYO bed in a refined saddle-leather version.

On the large terraces, the CLAUD outdoor products made of iroko wood are protagonists of the scene, interacting with the BONGO low tables with outdoor finishing in matt lacquer.

The American branch of Meridiani, based in Miami, consolidates the strategic importance of the US market for the Italian Company in the business development. The store, inaugurated in 2012, adds up to the other mono-brand spaces in Europa and in Asia, further to a distribution in more than fifty Countries which reconfirms the global dimension of the brand.

Un capolavoro di architettura verticale in cemento, ‘One Thousand Museum’ è un progetto residenziale dal fascino museale. Situato a downtown Miami, al 1000 di Biscayne Boulevard, il building si sviluppa su 62 piani offrendo 83 unità abitative e un altissimo livello di servizi, tra gli altri l’eliporto sul tetto ed un centro acquatico a doppia altezza con piscina a sfioro. L’interior design porta la firma di Hernan Arriaga.

Meridiani ha arredato la residenza al 38° piano, un appartamento che si sviluppa su circa 420 metri quadrati, in cui le proposte dell’azienda si estendono sia nella parte indoor sia nelle ampie terrazze: le linee pulite e le texture calde dei prodotti Meridiani si armonizzano con la forma architettonica curvilinea dell’edificio.

Il living ospita il divano HAROLD in un ampio set modulare, accanto ai tavoli bassi BONGO e RALF e al prezioso contenitore esagonale LUDWIG. In sala da pranzo, protagonista è il tavolo della serie PLINTO – una delle collezioni più iconiche -, caratterizzata dalla base in cui un’aerea struttura in metallo accostata ad un plinto sostengono top dalle varie dimensioni; in questa versione con ampio piano tondo, il raffinato marmo Oro Calacatta si abbina al metallo nero. Il tavolo è accompagnato dalle sedie Kita, dallo schienale leggermente curvo e dall’ampia seduta.

Nella family room, il divano modulare TIMOTHY: le sue forme squadrate e geometriche si accompagnano ai morbidi volumi dei cuscini definendo proporzioni impeccabili.

Per la zona notte, il letto TUYO nella preziosa versione in cuoio.

Sugli ampi terrazzi, sono protagonisti della scena i prodotti outdoor CLAUD, in legno di iroko, che dialogano con la collezione di tavoli bassi BONGO con finitura da esterno in lacca opaca.

La filiale americana di Meridiani, con sede a Miami, consolida l’importanza strategica del mercato statunitense nello sviluppo del business, di cui questo progetto è un esempio. Lo store, inaugurato nel 2012, si affianca agli altri spazi monomarca in Europa e in Asia, oltre ad una distribuzione in più di cinquanta Paesi che conferma la dimensione globale del marchio.
