Big Plus is a cargo forwarding center purchased online, both from the shopping complex stores it is in, and merchandise purchased overseas. Similar to a local post office with the difference of allowing the receipt of goods, checking them, including their return and everything in a computerized and online way, and does not require human contact.
In designing the store, we avoided falling into the generally accepted norm of over-the-counter service and together with our client 'Big" we built a new concept of service that includes customer identification from the moment you enter the store, automatic opening of the locker containing customer order and even saving in coffee machine memory which is the customer's favorite type of coffee.
All in all, a clean design atmosphere that draws its inspiration from the hospitality culture used in hospitality lounges (at airports, for example) that contain seating areas, coffee stands, parcel opening stands, and clothing measuring booths.
The design colors were chosen to match the brand colors.
The architectural details are fastened and have a clean and modern architectural line pointing to the new technology available on the site.
The lockers were custom made and contain the trademark of the brand, the red plus sign, which even lights up as the customer steps into the space, for the customer to identify the location of the pending package. In addition, the door opens automatically, and the customer does not have to enter any code.
Another service provided is getting the goods through a window without leaving the vehicle. We have designed the outer front facade so it would hint and market this service.
