This residence in Kalafati stands out boldly from the surrounding landscape while simultaneously preserving a sense of Cycladic architectural traditions. The different sections of the residence have been separated according to function, divided into living rooms and private rooms. The main entrance serves as a core connector of the two structures. From here, visitors select a direction depending on their needs.

The lounge and kitchen are situated in the living areas, in direct contact with the exterior swimming pool and landscaped area with panoramic sea views.

In the private area we find the guest room, which is separated from the bedrooms by an atrium. Outside of the residence, the dominant element is water.
