One of the main architectural principles of the great architect Wright lies in pressing the volume of a house by its roof, because of which it seems that the floor height is very small and the composition of a house is pronouncedly horizontal.
The second principle is a huge overhang of the roof from the facade, which gives a hint of Japanese traditional architecture. The third principle is a large number of covered terraces, which also stretch the structure along the site.
Exclusiveness of the wooden windows by MIRT made it possible to harmonize the style and proportions of the great architect.
Wooden rectangular windows are separated by decorative muntins and tinted in the color of the building's facade. Wooden windows fit into the building volume without trimmers, shutters and other decorative elements emphasizing minimalistic style.
