Frame Restaurant is an Asian chef restaurant that opens within a shopping mall.

Beyond the desire to provide a stay experience that connects with the type of dishes served at the restaurant, the main design effort puts the emphasis on creating intimacy and separating the restaurant, without completely detaching it, from the sense of belonging to the mall street.

This was achieved through a plan that divides the restaurant into an outdoor seating area (but still inside the mall) and an indoor seating area, where we created a darker atmosphere, inviting diners to consume alcohol as part of the nightlife.

We obtained the distinction from the mall using a wine display wall that allows a peek inside and out, made of two parallel systems of iron mesh.

In the interior space, we located a central bar that captures a massive presence, producing a sense of entertainment and nightlife, as well as highlighting the professionalism of bartenders.

The central wall cover with fixed wooden shutters that produces games of warmth and light and shade, as well as giving the restaurant a Japanese design feel.

In addition, freely laid basalt stone materials are used.
