Star Hill Hotel | burrja Design

StarHilll Hotel & SPA, is a new hotel in the entrance of the city of Prishtina. The hotel bought an existing residential building and transformed it into a new modern hotel, complete with 30 standard double bedroom, 6 suites, ground floor restaurant, rooftop restaurant, 4 conference rooms, indoor pool, fitness, sauna, hammam, and many other services focused on the comfort of the guests. The project was very challenging considering the transformation of a preexisting residential building into a hospitality and services building. The interiors were partly demolished and rebuild according to new functions. We were able to preserve the exposed brick facade, giving it a fresh look by adding new cornices to the windows, adding flowery vegetation to the windows and balconies, and completely changing the ground floor facade.
The end product is brand new five star hotel, overlooking the whole city of Prishtina, giving the entrance of the city a new fresh look.
