The concrete frame building consists of four apartments [one per each floor] and two levels of office at the bottom levels. Each apartment is designed to optimize the winter sun and westerly summer breeze facilitated through operable, double glazed facade with perimeter ‘Juliet’ balconies. All the primary spaces of the apartment faces southwest, making it exposed to summer sun from the west. Aluminum Composite Panels [ACP] placed diagonally across the front facade serve as shading device to partially protect undesired solar exposure while still opening the apartments to winter sunlight and outward views. These diagonal shading panels are integral part of the building’s architectural identity.

The glass and metal facade due to its reflective qualities changes color from morning to evening. Located at the intersection, the reflective facade with integrated lighting serve as a way-finding landmark.
