The 82 sqm, 3 room apartment in Dinamic City perfectly illustrates the notions of urban & minimal, integrated into a contemporary high-end design defined by a masculine style combined with industrial and glam lines.

Textures play a very important role in obtaining the desired atmosphere.

The wood textures (flooring, furniture pieces), the grungy walls, the concrete ceilings & walls, as well as the use of copper pipes for electrical wires are just some of the elements that contribute to the industrial feel of the space.

The living room, the dining and kitchen area come together in an open space in a permanent dialogue of materials and textures, carefully chosen pieces of furniture and the ever-changing beautiful panorama of the city and the Verdi Park. In order to make the most of the view, the initial layout of the apartment was modified, uniting the room of the office with the living area by means of a glass-wall. Thus, the new glazing ensures the physical separation through the sliding smoky glass doors, but still preserves the visual communication, for a permanent fluidity between the two spaces.

The textured walls obtained by applying a black decorative paint become the perfect background for displaying several works of art.

The bedroom approaches the same color palette and texture universe - the white and gray concrete of the walls and ceiling are balanced by the warmth of the oak flooring. The main actor of the room is the bed, whose mattress is composed of several wooden beams, almost a century old, in an attempt to bring pieces of history in a contemporary and modern interior. 

The bathroom continues the interplay between textures and neutral colors: the reflective surface of the smoky mirror enlarges the space and the contrast between the concrete-like ceramic tiles and the white 3D ones give the bathroom a glam feeling. 

The majority of the furniture pieces are custom made, mostly unique (the coat hanger in the entrance area, the bed assembly in the bedroom, the office-desk and the library, the kitchen and dining furniture and it is this particular joining of unique pieces of furniture with a carefully designed space that which creates a unitary project in all its aspects.
