The proximity of the building plot to a nature reserve should be reflected in the building design; This means that not only is the entire roof area used as a walk-in garden, but also a large central part of the facade receives vertical greening. This is further supplemented by trees which mark the terrace corners on all floors in a pyramid-like shape. In addition to integrating nature into the architecture, the sustainability of the building is also characterized by the environmentally friendly type of heating.
