The interior of an apartment created by the designer Andrey Sokruta in the Lipinka residential complex located in Kiyv (Ukraine), for a 50-year-old couple.
The house, built in a modern minimalist style with elements of art dèco, consists of an open space that includes a kitchen and a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.
A "Negro Marquina" marble wall delivered from Spain separates the kitchen and the living room from the front door.

Andrey Sokruta Workshop team provided a small entrance hall in the apartment, erecting the marble wall at a distance of 1.5 m from the inspirational door, that looks very impressive from the entrance.
Behind the kitchen, there is a bathroom, followed by another dressing room. By the way, from the dressing room you can go to the home laundry, also provided by the designer-architect.

The modern and latest generation kitchen is fully equipped with an entire built-in part: refrigerator, microwave, oven and other appliances.
At the opposite wall of the kitchen is the working area composed of a hob and a dishwasher, with the stylish countertop opening into the living room and forming a bar counter, required by the new owners to dine or drink a bottle of wine.

The living room is elegant and spacious, consisting of a sofa from the Ukrainian factory Interia, a stylish coffee table and an elegant TV furniture next to which there is a bio fireplace. The ceiling lighting comes from the XAL factory and the suspension lamps from the Spanish Arcus Light, while above the bar, there is a track with three lamps.

The most original element of the bedroom is the decoration consisting of wooden hexagons, a painting of a girl in the style of the Cherokee Indians and the working place, positioned immediately after the entrance of the room: "We applied this technique to visually increase the space because the legs of the furniture visually crush the lower level of the space," the designer Andrey Sokruta said.

Finally, the modern and refined bathroom, also in a minimalist style, perfect for the couple in terms of size and functionality.
