Inside the new building there will be high-tech cheese-making workshops, as well as Russia's first robotic cheese storage, equipped according to the best Swiss cheese-making standards: with automated climate systems and special cheese-making robots. Stained-glass glazing is widely used in the project - through large-scale windows it will be possible to observe the process of manufacturing and storage of products.

Sergey Nikeshkin, partner and chief architect of the Krupny Plan bureau: “Oleg Sirota cheese factory is one of the examples of the successful development of Russian farming and agritourism, a center of attraction not only for the nearest districts, but also for Moscow and other large cities. The project required a new building to meet its increased needs. Working on the concept of the project, we laid the foundation for the principles of comfort, environmental friendliness and harmony. The cheese factory is located in a very picturesque place and, according to our plan, the new building should organically fit into the existing natural landscape. Hence, smooth expressive forms, widespread use in the decoration of facades of natural materials: wood and copper. The architectural solution is based on an elegant metaphor - the entrance group with a large covered terrace resembles a copper cheese-fired boiler - these are the boilers that made cheese in Italy from ancient times. ”
