Overall architectural concept for an apartment in Vienna's second district.

As the name suggests, the housing project is located right next to the Prater in the second district of Vienna, which is currently growing hard. The shell of the top floor apartment of a new building was the starting point for intensive collaboration with the building owners and the executing companies. Early entry as a planner made it possible to make some changes to the planning. It should be simple, reduced and monochrome - the overall interior design concept that not only delights the family, but also offers the heirlooms a dignified new home.
