How to make the design conform to the nature and blend into the environment without showing any intention is a problem that designers often think about. Aesthetics is a very abstract thing, but the appearance of life can be embodied in a comfortable sofa and a pair of delicate hanging pictures.
Mies van der Rohe proposed that "less is more" does not mean abandoning all decorations, but hopes to increase the readability of the design through precise writing.
In the creation of this private residence, the designer tries to depict the story of home and space from the perspective of the residents, hoping to restore the essence of life and let the truth and poetry inadvertently reveal. Quiet and dust-free residence, far away from the noisy city, planted a flower and tasted a pot of tea to keep the residents in a quiet and remote state of mind and allow the years to precipitate, brew and sublimate under the witness of space.

The most eye-catching place in the living room is the giant floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides of the sofa background wall. However, due to its long shape and its location in the direct sunlight, besides losing the balance of proportion in the originally not-tall space, too strong direct light also became the biggest problem at the beginning of the design.

On the premise that the owner requires the whole window to be completely preserved, in order to realize the perfect expression of function and vision at the same time: the designer tries to weaken the visual feeling by using a very simple shape, and selects special plexiglass as the material. when sunlight enters the room through the concave-convex structure pane, the scattered light source becomes scattered spots, like naughty elves, freely changing different forms and wandering in various corners of the space at different periods of time, becoming an artistic device with great appreciation interest, allowing the outdoor light changes to become the echo and extension of indoor nature.
