Shopping center “ZAHIDNYY” | 5F studio

We planned it in the heart of the era of Soviet architecture of the late twentieth century. It is a modern, cozy and small shopping mall to serve the residents of their area. The building is constructed in the style of constructivism and is commensurate enough with the person. The surface of the structure is not higher than 12 m in order to optimize the architectural and spatial solution of the territory.

The mall consists of  retail space for rent (on the 1st and 2nd floors), trade hall (supermarket) with storage facilities and access to the unloading area, administrative facilities and restaurant area with its own internal stairwell and access to the open-air terrace. The terrace has a  great mountain views, as the city is located at the foot of the Carpathians.

The project provides conditions for free movement of persons with disabilities.

The total area of ​​the Western shopping center is 3‚96 thousand square meters. The design is a monolithic frame, and the facade system is made of hinged ventilated panels, which allow to provide durability, thermal insulation and frost resistance. The project is under implementation, as the goal was to provide all the comfort standards in planning decisions and the environment.
