Residential Building, NoLo-Milano

In a neighborhood where small warehouses mingle with residential buildings, a contained area is renovated with the construction of a new edifice. Somewhat aligned with the street it overlooks on one side, this extends irregularly on the opposite side, along the north-south axis, in the midst of private gardens and green spaces. The building accommodates flats of varying sizes.

In una porzione di città in cui si alternano piccoli capannoni dismessi ed edifici residenziali, si trasforma una piccola area di edifici dismessi, costruendo un nuovo edificio. Allineato parzialmente sulla strada, si articola verso l’interno dell’area sull’asse Nord-Sud, ottenendo un differenziato spazio verde per un ventaglio di orti e giardini. Unità abitative di diverso taglio.
