DUO | Andrey Sokruta

Interior design project led by the Ukrainian designer Andrey Sokruta for a family with two children. Through the merger of two apartments of 50 square meters each, the designer dealt with a new project planning from scratch, knowing how to create a comfortable and functional environment.

Through the use of a minimalist style, Andrey Sokruta has been able to realize an open space that combines a modern kitchen with a spacious living room. To visually separate them, the designer proposed the dining table  ZEUS (Target Point, Italy) paired with chairs of the Italian manufactures Midj (SONNY PB LG model).

The master bedroom has been designed to obtain the maximum possible space, so there is a wardrobe inserted in a niche almost invisible and a work area with a small desk and chairs of the Italian factory Midj model Sonny PX).

Andrey Sokruta workshop has also designed a spacious dressing room with MDF paintings, which also contains a washing machine, a water purification system and a gun safe.

There are two rooms for children aged 4 and 8 and both have the same style and decor that suits their age and tastes. The walls are covered with wear-resistant material and are consistent with the selected furniture.

Two are the bathrooms provided in this apartment and both have been created with a minimalist style and monochrome black and white mosaics reminiscent of art deco.
