The young man's apartment, which had a compartmentalized plant, was reformulated so that living and cooking became integrated environments.

The laundry was surrounded by the slat panel of pine wood that next to the upper cabinet of the kitchen, warmed the environment, where neutral colors and little furniture predominate and refer to minimalism, which is the strength of this project.

The white paint on the walls gave the feel of a broader and brighter environment, and the drywall bookcase was subtly integrated. The straight line of the moldings allowed continuity in the circulations and guaranteed a modern illumination. In the bedrooms and bathroom, the original plan was maintained and they have gained new coatings and decor
