A project for renovation of the existing area Ex Manifatture Tabacchi, in Milan. The location is not easy to attract people to come, and the space has to be rethought deeply: the idea is to place a new shopping district. PA approach is based on changing the existing idea to realize middle surface units into neighbourhood stores. 

The aim is to make the sale easier reducing the construction costs placing the parking space under, and creating a new public square for people to live. Something studied and thought in details, after having listened to the client’s requirements and residents’ needs.
