This project is a renewal of the old Cascina Monluè, an historical 1200s building located in Milan.
Principioattivo role covers all the aspects of an integrated overall design process, including the management strategy and the creation of the work team for the future final destination use. The process is the key point of this initiative. In details: after having purposed to the Municipality the idea to refurbish the 1200s Cascina Monluè recovering the old internal paintings and inserting new volumes and space with actual contemporary materials, PA has created a design and working team, and the Corte del Bene Comune for hosting people.
