To represent the symbolism of the high-tech research institute, we focused on its function as a both a landmark and a symbol of architectural design. We enhanced construction performance by enhancing the structure's stability from various environmental factors, most notably its resistance from earthquakes and sinkages. Preliminary reviews of plans, design errors, verification/improvement, and maintenance/management were conducted through the usage of BIM-applied virtual space modeling. Additionally, we proposed an eco-friendly design that gives consideration to both energy saving methods and the existing land conditions to make a more eco-friendly site development.
