La creazione di cinque nuovi edifici, una piscina e un bar estivo va ad integrare e sostituire i servizi già esistenti nella vecchia Club House. I nuovi corpi ospitano la reception, la Club House, un grande spogliatoio, un deposito attrezzature, un centro fitness che si estende sulla piscina e solarium esterni dotati di bar all'aperto e 8 camere. Il luogo oggetto dell'intervento è posto al confine tra un territorio scandito dai segni agrimensori tipici del paesaggio agricolo ed uno caratterizzato da forme sinuose tipiche delle aree estrattive poste in prossimità dell'alveo fluviale. Il campo da golf è situato nell'area di una ex cava di ghiaia e un lago creato artificialmente dopo la dismissione dell'attività estrattiva, oggi parte integrante del percorso golfistico. I segni tipici del territorio agricolo (fossi, scoline, filari) sono stati reinterpretati da un percorso pedonale con orientamento nord-sud fiancheggiato da un filare di carpini piramidali che diventa asse portante del progetto e fulcro distributivo. I volumi infatti si attestano ordinatamente sul percorso lungo il fronte est per disallinearsi sul fronte ovest rapportandosi alla morfologia del contesto fluviale. Il rapporto con la storia del luogo e il desiderio di rispettarne la memoria hanno suggerito e influenzato fortemente le scelte dei materiali utilizzati per il progetto.

The plan calls for the creation of five new buildings, a swimming pool and a summer refreshment stand to integrate and replace the services provided by the old Club House. The new constructions will house the reception area, the Club House, a large changing room, equipment storage areas and a fitness center alongside the swimming pool and sun-bathing area with an outdoor snack bar and eight guest rooms. This project is situated in an area bordered by the geometric grids typical of farmland on one side, and the sinuous landscape inherent in riverside properties on the other. The golf course is located on the site of a former gravel quarry where an artificial lake has been created in the ex-quarry pit, today an integral part of the course. Typical farmland elements (gullies, ditches, furrows) have been re-interpreted by walkways along the north-south axis flanked by rows of pyramidal hornbeams from which the rest of the complex branches out. The buildings are lined up in a straight pattern reminiscent of the patchwork of farmers' fields to the east of the walkway, while their layout on the western side is staggered, recalling the meandering course of the river. Respect for the history of this land played a major role in influencing the unique choice of materials for completing this project.
