The MUSE

Let me introduce the MUSE project which I performed recently for a family of 3 people in Moscow. This is a private apartment in residential houses Snegri Eco. In this project I was inspired by modern art and graphic design. 

The interior was created for a non ordinary family, who are open to the world and new trends. These people are charismatic, bright and successful personalities. Therefore the interior reflects character of the family, but in the same time becomes the source of inspiration itself and lefts the room for their own creativity. So the MUSE became the main theme.

The apartment is divided into two zones, public and private connected by gallery type corridor.In the private zone there are a master bedroom with a wardrobe and a spacious bathroom, as well as children’s room for a girl of 10 years old with it’s own boudoir.

The public area has a kitchen with an island for breakfasts, combined dining and living room with a symmetrical library. In the hallway there is a guest restroom and a spacious wardrobe. Besides there is a separate utility room for the laundry and other housekeeping stuff.

Here I applied various types of glass - from smooth to riffled, from transparent to smoky grey. The basic light color of the walls is complimented by bright accents - matte brass, blue sky gradient, noble black oak and surprisingly contrasting graphics. Blue color in various shades, slight accents of yellow, different types of graphics combine all the rooms and create a special atmosphere of the project.
