This large apartment is located in a new development. The client requested changes before construction began. Therefore, it was possible to design construction details without requiring construction changes.
The apartment is a penthouse with a large terrace which offers a broad, uninterrupted panoramic view. As a result, the whole apartment has a great deal of natural light, affording the interior what could be described as Scandinavian style.
The spacious floor plan offers a study (or guest room), children's room, bathroom, separate toilet, bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a spacious, airy living area with kitchen. The storage compartments were thought out in great detail and they are inconspicuous but still highly sufficient.
The furnishings are in light and natural colours, with the interior features offering a combination of white with cream shades and light wood, as well as simplicity and airiness.
