As the representative company of Gyeonggi-do, the new building symbolized the vision of the global gyeonggi in a spiral form that increases the value of various connections. The complex facilities planed to activate the complex by connecting the provincial government to the provincial council square and the organic copper wire and form.
Based on the great shape of the new building, we propose a building layout that maximizes the open view into the city and the park, and a terrace plan that continues the flow of nature. The complex was planned as a three-dimensional shared space connecting the all-way walking network with a round-type layout co-existence with the Gyeonggi Provincial Government and Parliamentary Union.
The new building is planned as a three-side open workplace and a flexible space with a GICO-type smart office that promotes creative exchange, and a complex facility that maximizes rental profitability will be a face-to-face store and a variable office.
