VILLA PALLASA called in honor of unique Crimean pine - 'Pinus Pallasiana', which prevails on the construction site. White laconic sails villas underlined by mediterranean wooden beams, which gives the house dynamic grace of the yacht.
LANDSCAPE
The construction site covers an area of nine hundred square meters. The main facade overlooks the sunny terrace, which is topped by a panoramic pool and recreation area. To the left of the Villa you can find a pergola that is combined with the house in a single whole. Behind the pergola is a garden of tropical plants. To the right of the Villa is a chamber garden of stones and palm trees.
