Jumeirah Gate – The Address Hotel & Residences | Killa Design

Jumeirah Gate is a mixed-use twin 74-story tower development that will accommodate a 182 key five-star hotel, 479 residential apartments as well as 496 serviced- branded apartments. The project is a multi-story, mixed-use development which will have an effective built up area of approximately 242,000m2. 

The towers, which have a total height of 290m, occupy a prime location at the end of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) district, overlooking the beach. The building comprises three podium levels, which include the front and back of house. The western tower includes 14 floors dedicated to the hotel and 54 floors of services apartments. 

The eastern tower is occupied by 68 floors of residential apartments. The building is topped by a unique roof-top destination restaurant, bar and infinity pool. The podium also includes a wide selection of specialty restaurants, an all-day dining restaurant and destination bars within the tower, on the pool decks and at the end of the revetment as an entrance to the Dubai Marina. 

The car parking provides adequate parking spaces for 1,320 cars. The parking is located on three basement levels of the building and in three levels of podium for valet parking of the hotel, with a built-up area of 60,897m2. 

The tower’s pure form is an ellipse in plan with a void in the center that serves to increase daylight penetration and maximize views to the Palm, JBR beach and the horizon. The building functions as two towers with separate cores that are connected at the base for the lobby and at the top for the penthouses and sky lofts.
