Far 10 km from Hanoi in an area of 9 hectares, there is a proposal for a master plan for the construction of a green neighborhood destined to host a green community. The new Vietnamese Eco Slow Town also determines a rebirth of the territory on a larger scale,
as the newly built lot borders on an existing residential area which is then reconnected and enhanced. The project proposes the mending of the parts of the thanks to green paths that connect the urban fabric with a large public park equipped and full of services and Club house available to the population. The residential structures are made up of different types of houses including Shop house, Street House and Detached and Semi-Detached Villas. The latter concentrated around the green axis, while the view of the Shop Houses is distributed along the main road, what characterizes the residences is to never exceed the three floors of height. The Eco Slow Town Masterplan was developed in collaboration with HUPI in full compliance with local institutional standards.
