Merger of two units located on different floors. The connection becomes the rift, an important aesthetic and functional pivot, because even the stairway to the upper floor converges to that point. The set of operations carried out inside the apartment, with the consequent displacement of spaces and functions, has then created room for a studio overlooking the courtyard, where a balcony was enclosed to create a sunroom.
