Living area restoration of a condominium flat, in which, following a former renovation of the bedrooms, a balcony has been converted to a veranda/office. The design has been influenced by the requirement to include different functions in the same fluid area, accomodating more people, and the consequent acustic and proxemic effects, using filtered light and soft colors. The result is a calm space, defined by a few functional elements, distinguished by friendly textures and materials.
