The 1904 building, the headquarters of the Canadian Pacific Railway at the time of the Angus factories, was a construction of massive masonry load-bearing exterior walls, interior steel columns and beams, and joist floors and wood decking.
After a disaster (a sprinkler head failed overnight), 90% of the 35,000 square feet were affected. Our firm has worked with the constraints of the building and offers a contemporary, distinguished and above all user-friendly concept for the layout of nearly 80 offices (open and partitioned areas) and seven meeting rooms.
