A simple and elegant design inspired by the Milanese rationalism. Built according to the earthquake standards in force in Taiwan, it is accessed through a retail podium which keeps the building connected to the urban space. Large windows make the building communicate with the external panorama, through a fluent architecture to satisfy the different needs of Asian citizens in search of high quality. The Zen garden, which comes to life on the eleventh floor, is ideal to come into contact with the surrounding nature, admire the hills around Taipei and celebrate the ancient ceremony of tea.
