A system of overlap villas, on 75 floors over a
total area of 125,800 m². Vertical gardens take half this this space. 161 residences, each with swimming pool and private garden, proposed in 4 different housing arrangements, whose sequential mirrored repetition creates a vibrant and striking effect. Conceived from the idea of a flower which grows upwards, Oxygen Eco-Tower integrates the characteristics and the services of a residential tower with comfort and technological innovation: wellness area, spa, vip lounge, cigar-bar, shops, restaurants, library, kindergarten, mediastore and other support functions for high living standard also thanks to the high quality of the partners involved; the project includes the participation of 26 Italian brands which are leaders. Each design choice has been made using eco-friendly technologies.
