The "Corti Nuove" intervention is conceived to be the ideal scenario of new housing needs, of the use of external areas and
the rediscovery of contact with nature, also through the presence of large terraces. A significant project in which all the necessary measures have been adopted to realise a green building; geothermal energy, thermal cladding and solar thermal energy. The use of high quality materials created places in which it is beautiful to live and in which wellness and building are designed behind every choice. The green areas fitted out as public and private park and the building inserted in perfect harmony, to create a game of void and solid that characterises and enriches the context.
